I think the camaraderie of everyone around here, the coaches are great, the people are great, you develop a really good set of friends that you workout with all the time.
It was almost like one-on-one attention. If you can't do a movement the coaches came over and they walked me through the specifics and they gave me pointers, not too much to digest at a time, just a little bit. Then the next session they would run through that again or introduce a next concept.
