CrossFit
CrossFit classes are 60mins in duration and combine a strength / skill component followed up with the workout of the day (WOD). These sessions are all guided by an experienced coach.
Weightlifting
Train like an Olympian.. Learn how to reduce injury and optimise your weight-lifting technique for faster results. Focusing on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk you’ll be amazed at how quickly you go from ‘so-so’ to ‘super strong’ when you stick with these sessions.
CrossFit Parents
Don’t use a lack of time as an excuse to skip your workout! Our Parents class is identical to our regular class, however, Parents with little ones will be accommodated with more breaks to attend and activities to occupy the kids. All members are welcome in these sessions.
Open Gym
An opportunity to catch up on a missed workout, additional skill or strength work. We spend a lot of time in our regular classes giving you the tools to become a better version of yourself. Using Open gym to focus on a particular area will take you to the next level. These are un-coached sessions.
CrossFit Beginners
When you have a clear understanding of the fundamentals of our workouts, you will be able to minimise the risk of injury and see better results, faster. Our Beginners sessions are 3 one-on-one sessions that help you start your transformation the right way.
No hidden sign-up fees. We don't tie you into lengthy contracts - Every membership has only a 14 day cancellation notice period.
