*Spend 5mins working on skill then perform EMOM style:
EMOM for 10mins:
ODD Minutes: 30sec of Handstand Walk Progression
EVEN Minutes: 30sec of Double Unders or Double Under Practice

WOD
4 Rounds of 60sec Work/30sec Rest
1a) Wallballs (20, 14)
1b) Alternating DB Step-ups
1c) 3 Cone drill
1d) TGU splitting work evenly on each side
1e) Abmat Sit-ups
*Score = total reps completed
