Why do we love Sandbags?

Sandbags are one of the simplest, most versatile and most effective pieces of workout equipment.

We have broken down the Sandbag Over Shoulder into 3 steps to help you get the most out of your training.

Step 1

– Deadlift: With straight arms roll bag from left to right to get hands underneath, drop hips then stand bag up.

Step 2

– Deadlift + Lap: As above, then sit hips back allowing bag to sit on top on thighs. Bring hands together, standing bag up.

Step 3

– Deadlift + Lap + Toss: As above, drive through hip to roll bag over shoulder.
