Why Weightlifting?

Weightlifting class allows members to improve the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, along with accessory movements. With experienced, qualified coaches we will have you going from 0-100 in no time at all. These sessions accommodate beginners and experienced lifters with different programs available for all abilities.

Community

Working in a group environment you will be training with like-minded individuals with similar goals and challenges. The VIBE in the gym when making a PB (Personal Best) is second to none.

Technique

Master your technique in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Working on the basics first and building on movements only when you are ready.
